Clinical Director

As Clinical Director, Alastair is responsible for the strategic direction of the PCN and the development of its services. He is also a GP Partner at St Leonard's Practice.

As PCN Manager, Zoe is responsible for the operational delivery of the PCN's services. She is also a Practice Manager at Barnfield Hill Surgery.

Specialist Clinical Nurse Practitioner

As a Specialist Clinical Nurse Practitioner in mental health, Emma is an independent nurse prescriber who supports patients with various mental health conditions.

As a Social Prescriber, Lucy helps patients address various challenges by connecting them with relevant services, including charitable organisations, government programmes, and social services.

Mental Health Occupational Therapist

As a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Jessica is the Team Lead for Exeter City PCN Mental Health & Wellbeing Team and supports patients with various mental health conditions.

Mental Health Youth Worker

Young Devon to work on behalf of GP surgeries within the Exeter PCN to provide support for young people aged 11-18. This involves working in a person-centred way to identify and explore what is going on for that individual.

Jordan is a First Contact Physiotherapist, working four days a week with patients who have musculoskeletal conditions requiring same-day access. He is skilled in managing complex musculoskeletal conditions and can review patients via phone or face-to-face.

First Contact Physiotherapist

Tom is a First Contact Physiotherapist, working one day a week with patients who have musculoskeletal conditions requiring same-day access. He is a keen runner and the regional lead for Pure Physio.
